Here is a copy of Brian Gallagher's request for records and documentation pertaining to the perks and benefits afforded to Tony Bottalico and Mike Doyle from MTA Metro-North under the Freedom of Information Act. This letter was written due to information received that Mike and Tony were receiving benefits that were not afforded nor available to other MTA Metro-North union officials while out promoting MTA Metro-North company policy.
