For their combined gross salaries, Tony doesn't punch a single ticket, Mike doesn't operate a single train, Tony and Mike do not pay for any of their health and welfare benefits, Tony and Mike come and go as they please, Tony and Mike answer to no one and are accountable only to themselves.
