Date of next MTA Board meeting: September 26, 2007 9:30 AM

If the next MTA Board meeting is not until September 26, 2007 then what was the rush for Mike Doyle and Tony Bottalico to push through the ACRE contract on their membership?  Only two weeks to get your ACRE ballot back and the MTA Board doesn't meet for 6 weeks after the ratification vote.  Something is not right.
