MTACRE General Chairman Tony Botalicko has announced that summer is coming. Mike E. Boil agrees. This may sound ridiculous but nothing else is going on… except, we are waiting for the next round of negotiations, explained Mike E. Boil. Meanwhile, I will be preparing for section 6 proposals beginning this Friday and will be off every Friday until I start shooting in the upper 60s said Mike E. Boil . Its hard work and I know it's going to be an up hill battle with the MTA next round s aid Tony B we are running out of work rules to give up. There is not much left but I'll think of something, maybe another reduction in the Plan. Terrific, everybody wins said MTA Gary Laperson this will make me MTA chairman for sure. MTACRE Legislative Director Jackal Lyn Gains is still out on sabbatical. He was last seen wondering around late at night in New Haven pushing a cart full of empty cans and bottles. Most of us will not miss him Tony B commented, Jackal has worn out his welcome . Sure, he made the big lie work but that was his job and we don't need him any more .

MTACRE OFFERS COURSE in arbitration

MTACRE General Chairpersons Tony B and Mini B will start their new scam sometime in July 2005. We should have done it earlier said Mini B, but we were to busy tracking down those secret documents that Art LeMay hacked off of Joe Scala's computer . Tony B was beaming from ear to ear and as MTA Sun Ray Burnay would say… when he does that he looks like a full moon in August. Anyway, Tony B's new book “How Arbitration Doesn't Work ” will be model for the basic curriculum. We already signed up the IBEW said Tony B, They are definitely candidates for this course; did you see that last arbitration award ? They just don't get it, before you go to arbitration on any issue you gotta be on MTA's payroll. Let's face it, they screwed up. Why take such a serious matter to arbitration? Give me a break. Its in the first chapter … company store takes it all . It's like pretending to be a union but your really not . MTACRE kiss up, Dennis Berri also had much to say on the subject but we only could print the following: We give people what they want or what they think they want or as long as no one is paying attention, be grateful or else you can't do want you want and can't get what you want …understand? Dennis Berri will be pushing Jackal's cart in New Haven very soon.

MTACRE comments on the Metro north sick policy

Tony B and Mini B announced that the Metro North Sick Policy is in effect and probably will stay in effect until it gets worse. Why? Well its like Gary Lapperson says: MTACRE, is the best association money can buy .
