Senators receive letters concerning Bills A 8655 and S 5376

Assembly Majority Leader Paul Tokasz introduced Bill A 8655 in the New York State Assembly. A copy of this letter was also forwarded to Assemblyman David F. Gantt, Chairman of the Assembly's Transportation Committee, where Bill A 8655 was referred to for consideration. Senator John R. Kuhl, sponsor of Bill S 5376 in the New York State Senate received a copy of this letter along with Majority Leader Joseph L. Bruno, Chairman of the Senate Rules Committee, where Bill S 5376 was referred to for consideration.
