Can the Defined Benefit Annuity be divided between an ex-spouse and a new spouse? TB: You may need a lawyer for this one. I have several. Keep in mind that involuntary manslaughter will get you about 5 years in the pen. So, you should weigh the benefits against doing the time.

What about the medical coverage? TB: Yes .

Will the ACRE officers be covered under the MTA Defined Benefit Pension Plan in the event of action by the Department of Justice? TB: MTA has provided for ACRE officers since the beginning of this charade. Did I say charade? I mean parade. Or is it a circus? All of the above.
