MTACRE
General Chairman T B Botalicko advises that this is the
12th straight year of operation without the need for a dues
increase. Special thanks to the MTA for a constant flow
of tax revenue into the pockets of our MTA officers and
thanks to our MTACRE Trustees for not paying attention.
Grievance
mediation
MTACRE
Chairman TB has reached an understanding with MTA Sun Ray
Burnay that grievances do not need to go to arbitration.
Stalling the process as long as it takes, has benefited
us in the past , said TB , in fact, this is our
12th straight year . Our relationship is
a model for the industry , said MTA Sun Ray
Burnay. Mr. Burnay added, Who could ask for
anything more? Why pay a thousand
employees, when you only have to pay off a small committee
. General TB couldn't agree more and added,
as you know I have a degree in accounting and
there is a lot to be said about tending to ones own needs.
legislative
corner
MTACRE
Legislative Director Jackal LynGains attempted to present
himself as an independent lobbyist for MTACRE. It won't
be necessary said MTACRE Chairman T B. We are
one in the same with the MTA and it would be a little confusing
to the officers of our association of railroad commuter
employees. Any significant legislation should be left to
our more experienced friends at the executive level of the
MTA. After all they have been supporting us since the beginning
. MTA Director of Labor Relations Gary Laperson guarantees
protection for all the MTACRE officers in the event of consolidation.
MTACRE Jackal Lyn Gains agrees, So there you have it,
again the legislation is dead and so is your seniority if
there is a merger. MTACRE Jackal Lyn Gains also added,
Personally, I plan to continue my career as a Lobbyist/
Psychologist/Propagandist with the MTA. I am philosophically
opposed to any effort to collective bargaining. Why waste
the time with informing people, when you can make up the
rules and go along as though everything is alright. We have
no executive committee in our association … so whats to
stop me.
sick
time issue
MTACRE
Chairman TB agrees with MTA Burnay that sick time should
be kept to a minimum. We continue to lay blame on everyone
else for the lack of action by MTACRE but you must understand,
that the MTA continues to embrace me as one of their own.
Why is that Chairman Botalicko? Because…
ACRE
is the best Association, money can buy.
