  •  3% defined benefit contribution will not begin until Oct. 1, 2005, resulting in 21 extra months of retroactive pay at 3%.

  •  Early retirement health insurance available at 55 years, 10 years of service.

The agreement was reach with every union in the Coalition, except the Teamsters, who did not reach agreement on Teamster-specific issues.

ACRE has agreed to similar terms, with some differences due to the difference in contract terms.

Ratification materials will be distributed as soon as possible.

We are very proud that thanks to the membership's solidarity and determination, we have reached an agreement that is far superior to every pervious offer, including the recommendaion of Presidential Emergency Board 240.
