Article 90 and Section 34

This is Article 90 of the UTU Constitution and Section 34 of the BLE Constitution.  These sections relate to the resolution of disputes in mergers etc., arising from seniority, jurisdiction, etc.  You are better served to be in the same union, for example, UTU or BLE before the merger, not after.  Target date for MTA merger of the two Railroads is before 1/01/06.
